Order / Back Order Status
Q. Where’s my order?
A. First, please review your receipt to see which shipping option you chose then refer to the Shipping / Order / Payment Information section of our site. Standard Delivery: Depending on where the order is being shipped, you should receive your order within 2-6 business days. If the listed shipping time period has been exceeded and you have still not received your order, please email our Customer Care Department via email at CustomerCare@ImpactNutritionLLC.com Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Q. When will I receive my back ordered item?
A. Your item may already be en-route. Our warehouse is generally re-stocked every 10 business days. Unfortunately, if the back ordered item is a result of a manufacturer problem or shortage, then the wait may be much longer. If we find out that the item you ordered may be back ordered from the manufacturer for an extended period, we will notify you immediately. At any time before we ship your back order, you may cancel your back order or substitute it with another item.

Q. When will I get charged for the back order and can I cancel it?
A. If you paid with a credit card, the card will not be charged for the back ordered item until the day it is shipped. You may contact us to cancel a back order at any time before we ship it. If you paid by check or similar method, your account will have a credit on file until we are able to ship the back ordered item. Again, you may contact us to cancel a back order at any time before we ship it. You may then request a refund check by contacting the Customer Care Department via email at CustomerCare@ImpactNutritionLLC.com. Back orders, like all other orders, will be charged actual shipping rates.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Q. I received an item that I no longer want. What do I do?
A. Please review the Return And Damaged Item Policy section. Your options will depend on whether the item is sealed or if the seal is broken.

Q. I received an incorrect item. What do I do?
A. Contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. The incorrect item will be picked up by UPS at no expense to you. The correct item will be shipped to you immediately with no extra shipping expense to you. Exception: if the correct item is out-of-stock, we will notify you immediately.

Q. I received a damaged item. What do I do?
A. If you receive your shipment and there is a damaged item that is not useable, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Damaged item returns must have prior authorization for our Customer Care Department. All returns are processed via UPS. You will be instructed to leave the box containing the damaged item so UPS can pick it up. Once UPS is notified of the return, they will make 3 pick-up attempts, meaning they will come to the listed shipping address on 3 separate occasions in order to pick the damaged item up. We do not accept empty containers as damaged items. Once we receive the damaged item and it is processed through our returns department, we will refund the cost of the item to your account / credit card immediately. An approved credit or refund will not include shipping charges previously paid.

Q. My order is missing an item. What do I do?
A. First of all, make sure the missing item is not marked as “back ordered”. Also, if the item is a small bottle or like item, empty the entire contents of the packing box to make sure the item is not mixed in with the packing material. In addition to having tracking numbers for UPS orders, we have a very sophisticated and accurate shipping process. After the order is received and processed, the items are pulled by one warehouse attendant then verified and packed by another. Also, since all items are pre-weighed in our database, we can see based on the weight of the order if something was missing. However, if we can confirm a discrepancy, it will be resolved quickly. If we can in fact verify that an item was shorted, we will re-ship the item immediately. In the highly unlikely event that an order is lost or not received, it can take up to 30 days to track the shipment.

Returns
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Please review the “Return and Damaged Item Policy” section.

Q. Why don’t you accept returns on certain items?
A. There are several manufacturers that do not accept returns from any distributor or wholesaler regardless of circumstances. Unfortunately, as a result of this policy, we must either raise our prices for those manufacturer’s products or simply keep our prices low and not accept returns. We have chosen to keep our prices low. The other exceptions are bars and Ready-To-Drinks. Taste is very subjective. What may taste good to one person, may not taste so good to another. Unfortunately, most nutritious bars aren’t meant to taste like candy bars. As far as drinks, some manufacturers may have defective seals which cause leaking, etc. We do not accept responsibility for manufacturer defects. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any bars or Ready-To-Drink products.

Medical / Health / Fitness Advice
Q. I have a certain medical condition. What do you recommend for it?
A. Unfortunately, we can not recommend any products or health regiment for a medical condition or health related problem. We suggest that you contact your doctor or health care provider. Please thoroughly review our “Terms Of Use” section.

Q. What types of products should I take?
A. As stated in the previous question, we can not recommend products. We are not medical professionals or health care providers. Based on our years of training and industry experience, we can only suggest items that have worked well for other individuals. This is not a guarantee that it will for your. We offer a “Customized Diet” which includes products that may be beneficial for you. However, you should always consult your health care provider before taking any over-the-counter supplements or products or beginning any diet program. Please thoroughly review our “Terms Of Use” section.

Can’t Find An Item
Q. I’ve purchased a certain product from you in the past but I can’t find it on your site. Do you still carry it?
A. If you do not see an item that you have previously purchased from us, it has most likely been discontinued by the manufacturer or from our inventory selection due to poor sales, etc. However, just to make sure we have not made a typographical error on our end, please contact our Customer Care Department and give the name of the product, manufacturer (if known), and any other information that you can remember about the item. We will search our database and follow-up with you on the item status.

Q. Are you going to carry this new product that I just heard about?
A. We try to carry many of the most popular supplements on the market. If the new product is by a manufacturer that we already carry, we will most likely carry it. If the product is by a manufacturer that we do not carry, then we most likely will not carry it initially. We would have to see the sales response of the item then if justifiable, try to negotiate with the manufacturer to bring the item or their line of products into our inventory. Keep in mind that many times a manufacturer will advertise a product many months before they begin shipping it to distributors. Finally, other products are not carried because the manufacturers are unable or unwilling to provide us with pricing or discounts that will allow us to be competitive with over supplement sites. We do not carry any products sold or produced by multi-level marketing organizations.

Price Changes / Guarantee
Q. How long are your prices good for?
A. All prices are subject to change without notice. When a manufacturer changes their prices, whether lower or higher, we in turn have to change ours. We make no representation that the prices on this website will not change.

Wholesale / Retail Accounts
Q. I own a gym and would like to carry some of your products. Do I get a discount for buying in bulk?
A. We do sell to gyms, doctor’s offices, and several other organizations. In order to qualify for an additional 5% discount, you must order a minimum of $500 at a time. Discounts are calculated from single unit prices, not on quantity break prices, specials, promotions. In addition, we have priced some items so low, that we are unable to give any additional discounts. These items will be pointed out if you request this discount. Please contact our Customer Care Department vial email and tell them the items (s) that you want to order. The $500 minimum is before shipping costs. In addition, you will need to fax or email us a copy of your seller’s permit and business license.
